These 1, 2 or 3 lb wrist weight sets from Water Gear will add light resistance to any water fitness routine. Also great added into a water therapy for people with special needs.

The weights feature a comfortable lycra covered neoprene jacket and attach snugly to your wrist with velcro.

**Please note: there are 2 weights per order. Weight specified is COMBINED weight; if you order 1 lb. weights, you will receive two .5 lb. weights.
