New to Wobble Boards?
1) As a beginner, never do wobble board exercises without one hand lightly touching a wall. Otherwise you might have a serious fall.

2) Do with bare feet as there are proprioceptive sensors on the bottom of your feet. Shoes mask this.

3) One foot? Only for the VERY advanced. Better to do with eyes closed and hands lightly touching walls or not at all if you can.
